In 2025 Groundbreak Coalition deployed $6.8m in funds to leverage an additional $39m in funds from our banking partners and other community organizations. Through our homeownership program these funds facilitated the purchase of 108 homes for new homeowners. They also helped 15 early-stage and growth businesses gain access to working capital to start and grow their businesses. We also work with community developers to invest in new commercial developments in communities where traditional lending has been slow to go. We closed 1 development deal in 2025, with plans for many more in 2026
