One row per member, one column per contested final vote: Y (yea), N (nay), P (present), 9 (not voting), blank (not in that chamber). Columns are the roll-call ids in rollcalls-119.csv, which gives each vote's bill, title, policy area, date, result and official record.
quiz.json and matrix.json
The quiz bills with summaries, and each current member's votes on them, exactly as the quiz uses them.
Snapshots are committed to the repository on every change.
