248 companies reported $4.53B in new private raises on Form D in Week 14, 2026 (Mar 30 – Apr 5). The biggest was EAG Holdings LP, $2.05B in the Open League from New York. Vulcan Elements Holdings Corp. ($431M) and DMMS Purchaser, Inc. ($171M) rounded out the top three. The Open League led all leagues with $2.66B across 54 raises. New York topped the state standings with $2.24B. That is up 80% versus the week before ($2.52B). 170 of the 248 were first-time Form D filers, led by Vulcan Elements Holdings Corp. ($431M). In the Fund League, 360 funds reported $10.97B.
