Logo Sculptor › SVG to STL

SVG or PNG logo to a printable STL.

Drop in a logo, set the thickness and the bevel, and download an STL ready for your slicer, for keychains, signs, badges, fridge magnets and cookie-cutter blanks. It all runs in your browser.

Drop an SVG or PNG to make an STL

PNG, SVG, JPG or WebP. An SVG or a PNG with a transparent background works best.

Your logo stays on this device. Only use logos you own or have permission to use.

Is this your logo?

Only turn logos into 3D art if they're yours or you have permission to use them. Don't use this tool to copy or imitate someone else's brand.

How the conversion works

  1. The logo is drawn at high resolution and its outline is traced, holes included. The middle of an "O" stays open, and an island inside a hole stays solid.
  2. The outline is extruded to the depth you set and given a bevel, so edges print cleanly.
  3. The STL is exported 60 mm along the logo's longest side. Scale it to any size in your slicer; the proportions stay the same.

Thickness and bevel for printing

  • Depth slider: at 60 mm wide, the slider runs from about 2 mm to about 17 mm. For a keychain or badge, aim for 3 to 5 mm after scaling.
  • Bevel: set it to zero for flat-topped prints with sharp edges, or keep a small bevel for a softer, injection-moulded look.
  • Thin details: lines thinner than about 0.8 mm at your final size may not print on an FDM printer. Scale up, or thicken the strokes in the original artwork.
  • Holes for keyrings aren't added automatically. Add one in your slicer or CAD tool.

GLB too

Need the model for a website, a game engine or AR? Download the GLB, which keeps the material: chrome, gold, marble, glass or your logo's colours.

Questions

Is the STL watertight?

The extrusion makes closed shells: a front, a back and sides around every outline, with the holes kept open. Export from any style except "Your colours" for a single solid; "Your colours" exports one shell per colour layer, which slicers combine.

What units is the STL in?

Millimetres: 60 mm along the logo's longest side, which is what slicers assume for STL files.

Can I use a logo I found online?

Only if you have the rights to it. Printing and selling another company's logo usually infringes their trademark.
